Natalie Reyes hails from Puerto Rico. She and her family moved to Florida when she was young, seeking better opportunities, and she grew up in Gainesville. Later, they relocated to Clearwater, where she still resides with her family. As a child, Natalie spent countless hours crafting small forts for her toy soldiers, building miniature cities for her micro cars, carving candles for fun, and drawing characters from comic books. Her uncle, Gabriel Reyes (RIP), and her father, Juan Reyes, have always been significant sources of inspiration for her, both possessing remarkable artistic talents. Her father, a skilled craftsman and handyman, often fashioned gifts from scrap wood and sculpted whimsical characters from epoxy. Meanwhile, her uncle was a renowned artist in Puerto Rico, who persevered through the challenges of multiple sclerosis.

As an adult, Natalie initially pursued a career in bookkeeping. While she found joy in this path, she felt that something was missing. In 2016, she rekindled her passion for art and began sculpting again as a therapeutic outlet in response to her own diagnosis of Graves' disease and hyperthyroidism. Through this journey, she discovered not only the missing piece of her puzzle but also the joy of bringing happiness to others through her creations. This realization led to the founding of Reyes Custom Creations, LLC, where she initially sold her work on Etsy and through word of mouth.

Currently, Natalie operates a small storefront at House to Home, located at 920 McMullen Booth Rd, Clearwater, as well as another at Coastal Cottage, situated at 300 Corey Ave, St. Pete.

From time to time, she participates in select arts and crafts events throughout the Tampa Bay Area.
